The first lesson is free and you can join in straight away if you want. Just turn up in comfortable trousers (tracksuit bottoms) and a T-shirt. We train in bare feet, so it doesn't matter what shoes you wear.

Please note that, while we charge for lessons, we aim to be inclusive and concessions are available. Please contact us to discuss this.
